Their Way Home, My adventures as a Ghost Guide ISBN:13:9780979226533 by Melissa Van Rossum is a paperback book of 138 pages published by MetaPublishing and priced @ $18.99. It is an interesting book for the many readers who believe in, and/or are fascinated with, the occult. The author begins by presenting a series of descriptions of disincarnates, or ‘ghosts’ to the uninitiated, who are earthbound for a very wide variety of reasons including hate, fear, love, a desire to appease, and many more.
The interesting fact is that Melissa can see, and actually equate with, these disincarnates. They appear to her both at home and away, and often in large enough numbers that she often must set forth rules for their activities until she can aid them in moving on ‘home’. ‘Home’ is presented as a most wonderful and loving place where the disincarnates’ troubles and misgivings will completely disappear, and where, if necessary, a ‘ghost’s’ former radical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, may even be forgotten.
For the disbeliever, or the person not-quite-convinced about the occult, the first few chapters are quite repetitious, except for the different reasons presented for the disincarnate not moving on. A later section deals with ‘visits from loved ones’, and still later, a section describes how the reader ‘can be their way home’ for the disincarnates, and provides answers to specific questions such as who to attempt to contact? How does one know when the disincarnate actually has moved on? And numerous others.
Their Way Home is a follow-up book of Melissa Van Rossum’s first healing book entitled All You’ve Ever Known that presented an outline of how to deepen one’s intuition to live a more rewarding life.
The book should provide interesting reading especially for those interested in the occult.
